Hi, my name is Aileen Pujols, a BFA Acting for Film, Television and Theater student at Rider University. This past semester, I wrote the coming of age short film of my Dominican-American dreams. This summer, with award-winning filmmaker Ashley Morales as Director, and a extremely talented Director of Photography, Faith Robinson-Hughes, we plan to bring my dream to life, in the form of a short film.

"Niña Linda" follows the story of a young Dominican-American college student, Carolina (played by Aileen Pujols), who begins to find a new sense of self through her relationship with Carter (played by Brock Warren), and navigates her complicated relationships with Mami (played by Yanelba Ferreira), Tia (played by Genesis Diaz), and God.

We are fundraising to cover all production costs, such as costumes, props, travel compensation for actors, and craft services.
