Help Bring The Lolita Apologies to Edinburgh Fringe!

We are raising money for our Edinburgh Fringe Festival run of The Lolita Apologies. Written by Talia Fossum-Wernick, performed by Jackie McKenna and Alex Keane, technical and design direction by Tommy Montgomery!
A bit of background:
Lolita is a 1955 novel written by Vladamir Nabokov. It follows a man named Humbert Humbert, who kidnaps and abuses a 12 year old girl. This book has since been adapted into movies, plays, and short stories. These adaptations have rarely been written by women. Watch our video below to hear some thoughts from the cast!
About the play:
The Lolita Apologies follows a frustrated young woman having a series of imagined conversations with famous men whose poor adaptations of Lolita have done Nabokov's story, and women at large, a great disservice. As the play progresses, she is forced to reckon with her personal relationships with men, her desire for atonement, and, ultimately, a need for healing. Every woman deserves an apology.
