A Shipwreck. 276 Men. One Epic Story of Transformation.

What if one of the most dramatic moments in Scripture — a shipwreck where every life was spared — came alive on the big screen?

“THE 276” is a full-length feature film about the testimonies of the 276 men whose lives were forever changed by the shipwreck described in Acts 27 & 28.

The book of Acts ends without telling us what happened next — but imagine the ripple effect of those men, now transformed, carrying the Gospel all the way to Rome and beyond.

This film weaves together the Biblical narrative with powerful, imagined personal stories — bringing to life their fear, their faith, and their redemption.

The Inspiration

This all started earlier this year in a men’s Bible study. We had just finished Acts, and one of our leaders asked:

“Who is feeling the Holy Spirit moving right now?”

I can’t explain it except to say that I was “tapped.” In that moment, I received three very clear promptings from the Holy Spirit — and I had to share them with the group:

1️⃣ This story is such an epic adventure — life and death hang in the balance — and it’s a perfect testimony to men’s personal transformation. Why hasn’t this been told in film yet?

2️⃣ What’s stopping us, as the men of Seacoast, from producing it?

3️⃣ And scarier still… I would personally help fund it.

Where We Are Now

Fast forward nine months — and through much prayer, work, and collaboration — we have:

✅ Completed and copyrighted the initial 125-page script (2 hrs 5 min runtime)

✅ Held several live script readings, including a full cast of voices for every character, to hear this story come alive

✅ Refined character arcs and deepened the emotional impact of the story

✅ Participated at ICVM (International Christian Visual Media) Storytellers Conference

What’s Next

We have been faithfully developing this project — but now it’s time to move from incubation into action. We have since attended the ICVM Storytellers Conference in Orlando, Florida on October 1 - 4, where we:

1️⃣ Previewed our Movie reel at ICVM "Keep it Reel" filmmaker session

2️⃣ Built relationships with writers, directors, studios, and distributors

3️⃣ Received feedback on our Script from professional writers for edits

4️⃣ Participated in educational sessions on various film making topics

Noah is a Writer and Creative Lead who honed his craft while working under producers in both film and television for Sony, Netflix, and Warner Bros. Discovery, as well as a three year stint working as a personal assistant to a notable actor.
