*Help Bring Tally Home*

On December 20, our family’s three dachshunds were taken from our car in the Rampart area near downtown Los Angeles and driven to the Boyle Heights neighborhood. By a small miracle, two—Schatzi and Georgie—were found and returned to us.

Our beloved dachshund girl Tally is still missing.

Tally is a small, long-haired red/brown dachshund—gentle, trusting, and deeply loved. She did nothing wrong, and her absence has left our family shaken, our days suddenly dark and heavy.

Before she came to us, Tally was a rescue. She survived an abusive start in life, including being forced to have a litter of puppies by a Florida breeder when she was barely a year old. Her first miracle came when Animal Care and Control liberated her from a crate in the back of a breeder’s car. Her second was finding a home where she was finally safe—where she could be a dog, loved and protected, alongside her two brothers.

Since Tally was abducted, we have spent every day in Boyle Heights, posting flyers, meeting with groups of locals, visiting vets, pet stores and other community hubs.

We are raising funds to keep the search active and visible: printing flyers, reaching local shelters and neighbors, following up on credible leads, and offering a substantial reward for information that leads to Tally’s safe return. No questions asked. Our only goal is to bring her home safely.

We will not stop looking for Tally.

One sighting followed by one phone call could be enough to find Tally and bring her home.

How the Funds Will Be Used

All funds will support search efforts directly related to finding Tally, including flyers, community outreach, transportation for follow-up leads, and a substantial reward for information leading to her safe return. Any unused funds will be donated to local animal-rescue organizations.
