Help bring Taco home

I have never in my life wanted to make a gofundme like this but unfortunately I am, I don’t want to let my dad down.

He is currently on life support and unable to function on his own at all and has severe brain damage. The hospital is giving him 3 days to live.

We were gonna have a rummage sale at my house so we were trying to get it together ahead of time.

We were moving a lot of stuff from the shed in my backyard to the front of my house when my dad fell and broke his neck. My backyard has three different levels to it and the second level is about 6-7 feet higher than the first and the only way to get to it is from either a very steep dirt path or a set of steps made out of rocks one of the previous owners made. The person we bought our house from did very little to no maintenance in the backyard so the steps were unstable and dangerous and probably should not have been used.

My dad was walking up the stairs and lost his balance when he got to the top. He fell backwards all the way down the rock steps and rock wall and landed at the very bottom of it. I watched him fall and couldn’t get to him in time to help him. I ran to him and he was unconscious and not breathing and of course I didn’t have my phone to call for help. I ran to my wife screaming for her to call 911. I ran back to him and started CPR but I couldn’t get him to breathe. I kept trying until the paramedics finally got there over 8 minutes later and took over.

Taco went into cardiac arrest immediately after the fall from his blood pressure plummeting, his spine was severed at C2 and the hospital has given him 3 days to live.

We are asking for help to get Taco back home for a proper burial and funeral. He never wanted to be cremated and he deserves to be laid to rest next to his mom and dad. Please continue to pray for taco as he is still in ICU on full life support.
Anything left over will go to Jodie to help her living arrangements. She will not be able to afford to stay in their apartment on her own.
