Stripes was more than just a cat—she was my son's emotional support and a true companion during the hardest time of his life. When my son's dad passed away two years ago, he struggled deeply with depression and often didn't want to leave his room. Stripes, who started as an outdoor cat, quickly became his closest friend. She gave him a reason to get up each day, and he often said he could feel his dad's spirit in her. Their bond was unbreakable, and she brought light back into his world when he needed it most.

Last night, Stripes passed away unexpectedly at eight years old. We tried to get her to the vet, but it was too late—she passed away in my son's arms as we drove. The loss has left him heartbroken, and our home feels emptier without her. We want to bring Stripes' cremains home so my son can keep her close and continue his healing journey. Having her with us will help him hold onto the progress he's made and remind him of the love and comfort she brought into his life.
