On June 30, 2024, ICE detained Stalin—a beloved member of our community—while he was doing a favor for a friend. He was driving the friend to the airport in order to earn some money and fulfill his obligations as the responsible father he is. His absence has deeply impacted his family, especially his children, who cry every day, longing to see their dad again. His little princess, aged 9, and his 11-year-old son—who used to spend their time playing together—now refuse to play unless their father is present. Stalin is not only an excellent father; he is an honest, hardworking man with a completely clean record. His only wish is to be released so he can continue striving to provide the very best for his children, in the same honorable way he always has.
Throughout this entire ordeal, we hired a lawyer who vanished after receiving a payment of $3,500. Finally, we found another lawyer—at a cost of $6,500—who managed to secure a bond for Stalin. The bond is set at $20,000, and after enduring this whole ordeal, we no longer possess the necessary resources; for this reason, we are turning once again to the community to ask for your solidarity. Stalin has been detained for nearly a year, and it’s time to reunited with his family.
The funds raised will go directly toward Stalin's bond, helping to bring him back home to his children and loved ones.

El 30 de junio 2024, ICE detuvo a Stalin, un querido miembro de nuestra comunidad, mientras hacía un favor a un amigo. Lo llevaba al aeropuerto, para poder ganar dinero y poder cumplir con sus obligaciones como padre responsable que es.
Su ausencia ha impactado profundamente a su familia, especialmente a sus hijos, quienes lloran diariamente por volver a ver a su papá. Su pequeña princesa de 9 años y su hijo de 11, que antes pasaban el tiempo jugando juntos, hoy ni siquiera quieren jugar sin la presencia de su padre. Stalin no solo es un excelente padre es un hombre Honesto, Trabajador, con un récord completamente limpio, y lo único que quieres es poder salir libre para poder seguir luchando para darle lo mejor a sus hijos de la honrada forma que hasta ahora lo ha hecho.
En todo este tiempo conseguimos un abogado al cual le dimos $3500 para después desaparecer. Eventualmente conseguimos otro al cual le pagamos $6500 y el dia de hoy (3/26/2026) logro el beneficio de una fianza. Que alegría y que tristeza, la fianza es de $20,000. Después de tanto tiempo no contamos con los recursos y por eso regresamos a la comunidad a pedir su solidaridad.
Stalin lleva casi un ano en la cárcel y ya es hora que se reunifique con su familia.
