Help us find Samuel Martinez and bring him home!

On May 12th our son, Samuel Martinez, 22, left for a two week camping and hiking trip in Hawaii on the island of Kaua'i. Shortly after he landed on the island of Kaua'i, we lost all contact with him. Samuel was scheduled to fly home May 25th but he never boarded his flight. Shortly after, we reported him missing.
Search and rescue teams, numerous volunteers, helicopters, and dog teams have been on site searching Kaua'i for Samuel. Multiple attempts to contact Samuel have been unsuccessful, but the search continues.
We are extremely grateful and touched by the support we have received, particularly from the search and rescue teams, locals on the island, and other individuals and groups who have aided us in our search for Sam.
In looking for Sam, we have depended heavily on search and rescue teams and numerous volunteers. Among these are: STAT of Maui (Search Tech Advisory Team), KSAR, Kaua'i Search and Rescue K-9 Team, and OSAR (Oahu Search and Rescue), the Civil Air Patrol, and several experienced local hikers, hunters, and fishermen.
These resources have created numerous expenses as we wish to try to compensate the teams, offset expenses for the volunteers, and fund future search efforts for Samuel.
All of this is worth it in our search for Samuel, but we are humbly seeking out help in offsetting these costs. All the money raised will be used to meet these expenses and continue the search for Samuel. If any excess is raised it will be donated to the Search and Rescue Teams in Kaua'i and STAT of Maui to continue their mission of finding missing persons.
