Help Bring Sally Home: Urgent Medical Transport After Tragic Accident

On July 6th, Sally Thomas's life was irrevocably altered. After a joyful week at Myrtle Beach with her beloved grandchildren, filled with dance, walks on the beach, and peaceful sunsets, she was involved in a horrific 5-car pileup. Instantly paralyzed from the waist down due to severe spinal cord damage, Sally's world changed in a moment.

While she has received incredible care at Novant Health Wilmington, the doctors don't expect her to regain feeling or walk again. Now, as she begins the long road to recovery, our immediate focus is getting Sally home to Knoxville, Tennessee, where she's lived for nearly 40 years.

We've found a fantastic in-patient rehab facility for her, but the critical challenge is the transport itself. Due to her condition, Sally requires private air medical transport, which is not covered by insurance. This fundraiser is to help cover these immediate, vital costs to get her to the specialized care she desperately needs.
