Hello everyone, as some of you may or may not know, my mother Rocio “Chio” Perez Gonzalez—mi mami—A mother to so many others. Has been fighting cancer for a couple of years now. She’s always shown incredible strength, pushing through every challenge with a smile, a joke, and so much love for those around her. She’s my world, my hero, and the person I look up to every day. Her kindness, humor, and fighting spirit have touched so many lives.

Recently, we received heartbreaking news from her doctors. The cancer has spread and become very aggressive, and any further treatment or surgery would only cause her more harm. They have told us she has weeks to a month to live, which is not something we ever expected to hear. My mom has made the brave decision to go home to Mexico to be with her family during this time. The doctors have said that if this is her plan, she needs to go as soon as possible.

We are humbly asking for your prayers, support, and generosity as we try to cover the costs of her flight, funeral, and burial expenses.
