Help Bring Ria Home for a Proper Farewell
Hi My name is Romina Brown, and I am reaching out with a mother’s broken heart. My beloved daughter, Ria Booth, passed away unexpectedly after suffering from kidney failure that later became infected. She was admitted to Herman Memorial Hospital in Memorial City, Texas, where she bravely fought but tragically gained her wings too soon.
Ria was my first daughter—the one who made me a mother. She was full of life, love, and potential, and her loss has left an emptiness that words cannot describe. What makes this even harder is that I am still grieving the loss of my son, who passed away just five years ago. Losing both of my children is a pain I never imagined I would endure.
I live in New Jersey, and my greatest wish now is to bring my baby girl home so she can be laid to rest with the dignity, love, and honor she deserves. The cost of transporting her, arranging her homegoing service, and covering burial expenses is more than I can bear alone.
I am asking for the kindness of family, friends, and community to help me in this time of unimaginable grief. Any contribution—big or small—will go directly toward bringing Ria home and ensuring she has a proper farewell surrounded by loved ones.
If you cannot give, please keep me and my family in your prayers and share this campaign with others. Your support means the world to me as I try to navigate this heartbreaking journey.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
With love and gratitude,
Romina Brown
