In Fairfield County, we train hard—running before work, lifting after long days, and staying active in every way we can. But most of us don’t recover the way we should, which leads to soreness, burnout, and injury. I’ve seen firsthand how much our community values fitness, and I also know how important it is to recover properly to keep moving forward. That’s why I’m opening Recovery Room—Newtown’s first dedicated recovery and performance space for active adults ages 18–75, from competitive athletes to everyday fitness enthusiasts. This will be a professional recovery facility, not a spa, designed to help our community recover better, prevent injuries, improve mobility, train longer, and perform strong.

To make Recovery Room possible, I’m raising funds to purchase the core equipment our community needs: an infrared sauna, cold plunge, hyperbaric chamber, compression therapy systems, and red light therapy. Every dollar will go directly toward equipment and transforming the location into a professional, performance-focused recovery facility. We’re also raising funds for the build-out of the space, including construction, installation, and creating a clean, high-quality recovery environment that Newtown deserves.

This isn’t just about opening a business—it’s about building something our athletes, parents, competitors, and everyday active adults can rely on for years to come. If you believe in stronger training, smarter recovery, and keeping our community in the game, please consider donating and sharing this campaign. Let’s build Recovery Room together and set a new standard for performance in Fairfield County.
