Hi, my name is Griselda Romero, and I am raising funds for my father, Raul Romero, who was recently detained by immigration. Our family is heartbroken and struggling through this unexpected and painful situation, we need 10 thousand for his lawyer.

My father is a hardworking, loving man who has always put his family first. He worked two jobs every day—gardening in the mornings and working at a restaurant in the afternoons—for many years just to provide for us. He never complained. He did it out of love, to put food on the table and keep our family together.

We are a family of seven. Since his detention, our lives have been turned upside down. My sister Ayded has stepped in as the main provider, working every day to help cover bills and food, we also need help cover bills and food, but the financial and emotional stress has been overwhelming. We miss our father deeply, and our home is not the same without him.

The funds raised will go toward legal fees, household expenses, and supporting our family during this difficult time as we fight to bring our father home where he belongs—with us.
