Honoring Philip Kithara: Help Bring Him Home

Our hearts are shattered by the sudden and unexpected passing of my brother-in-law, Philip, a beloved husband, brother, uncle, and friend. On his way home from Kenya, he passed away unexpectedly, leaving all of us in shock and grief.

Anyone who knew Philip knows the kind of man he was; kind, gentle, humble, and endlessly generous. He had a quiet strength and a heart that welcomed everyone. His love for his family and friends radiated in everything he did, and his absence leaves a void that words can’t fill.

Now, as we grieve, we’re also facing the difficult reality of bringing him home and giving him the farewell he deserves. The costs of transport, traveling to retrieve his personal effects, funeral arrangements, and memorial services are significant and unfortunately, they were unprepared for this tragedy.

We’re asking for help; no matter the amount, every contribution eases the burden and helps his wife, my sister Crystal, focus on what truly matters right now: honoring his life and saying goodbye with love.
