Help Bring Paul Hames Home
Donation protected
Paul Hames was born on June 28th, 1960. He had a heart attack and passed away in his sleep on June 12th, 2025.
Paul was one of the most giving and caring individuals the world has ever seen. He would sell off his belongings or give you the shirt off his back if he thought it would be of use to you. He could make you laugh so hard that you couldn’t breathe, with all of his jokes and impressions, or make you some of the most delicious food you’ve ever tasted. He had the biggest personality with the sweetest, most gentle soul.
He is survived by his mother, 4 sisters, a brother, and many nieces and nephews who love him dearly.
Paul lived in Savannah, GA for decades but had dreams of moving home to Athens to be closer to his family.
Those dreams were finally going to come true; he had plans to move home in January of 2026.
Now his family needs financial help to settle his affairs in Savannah and to make sure that Paul’s dream of coming home is realized.
Donations of any size would help and be appreciated.
Please help us bring Paul home.
