Not too long ago, on November 2, 2025, my uncle was detained by immigration officers in the state of California. He was just doing his job, trying to make a living as best as he could when he unexpectedly got detained. Our hearts dropped to our stomachs when we received this gut wrenching news. Since that day, our family has been in shock, fear, and now without a real plan to move forward.

My uncle has always been a hard worker and very generous; he would give his last dollar away if he knew someone needed it more than he did. So, this is something we need to come together to make sure he has an honest chance of coming back home.

We are fundraising to help with finding a good attorney to support my uncle with legal immigration help, and possible bail or other legal fees that will come with his case.

Nuestros corazones cayeron a nuestros estómagos cuando recibimos esta desgarradora noticia. Desde ese día, nuestra familia ha estado en estado de shock, con miedo, y ahora sin un plan real para seguir adelante.

Mi tío siempre ha sido muy trabajador y muy generoso; regalaría su último dólar si supiera que alguien lo necesitaba más que él. Entonces, esto es algo que necesitamos reunir para asegurarnos de que tenga una oportunidad honesta de volver a casa.

Estamos recaudando fondos para ayudar a encontrar un buen abogado que apoye a mi tío con ayuda legal de inmigración, y posible fianza u otros honorarios legales que vendrán con su caso.
