Help Bring Our Sister Home From Dubai Hospital

Our sister-in-law’s story is one of courage, pain, and hope — and now, we desperately need your help to bring her home.

A few months ago, she left Kenya with a heart full of dreams — traveling to Dubai to work for a family through an agency, hoping to build a better life for her 3-year-old daughter. But instead of finding opportunity, she faced a nightmare that nearly cost her life.

While working, she suddenly fell gravely ill. Instead of receiving compassion, she was fired, her visa and medical insurance were cancelled, and she was left stranded — sick, weak, and alone in a foreign country.

The agency that brought her to Dubai kept her confined in their accommodation, where she grew worse each day. Her body was fighting pneumonia, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis — a life-threatening condition — yet no one was willing to take responsibility.

It took a family member threatening the agency with police action before they finally called a taxi and sent her to the nearest hospital — barely conscious.

She was immediately admitted to the ICU, fighting for her life.
Through the mercy of God and the prayers of loved ones, she miraculously survived. She is now out of ICU and receiving medication and therapy — but the ordeal is far from over.

Because her visa and insurance were cancelled, the hospital bills have grown to approximately £30,000. Until this bill is cleared, she cannot be discharged or leave Dubai.

My wife, has flown to Dubai to be by her side — desperately seeking help from charities, authorities, and even the embassy, but every door so far has been closed.

Now, we’re reaching out to you — to compassionate hearts around the world — to help us bring our sister home.

Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward:

Paying her hospital bill so she can be released

Covering travel costs to safely return her to Kenya

Ensuring she receives continued medical care and recovery support

Please help us reunite her with her family and her little daughter, who just wants her mummy home.
Together, we can turn this story of pain into one of hope, healing, and humanity.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for reading, sharing, and supporting.
