Fertility treatment for our double rainbow
Donation protected
My name is Sara Popp and my husbands is Steve Popp. We absolutely LOVE being parents and genuinely enjoy the two blessings we've been given; my 10 year old daughter Gianna, and our 4 year old son Stephen. I truly believe that we were both put on this earth to be parents. Our journey through parenthood together hasn't been an easy one though. In 2017, we experienced our first loss at 11 weeks. But, by the grace of God, we concieved our rainbow baby, Stephen, just a few months later. Looking back, I realize now what a true miracle he was and I am so unbelievably grateful for him. We've been so eager to grow our family, but I never imagined we'd be faced with the same heartbreaking nightmare we experienced in 2017. We excitedly began trying again for another baby early 2022 and unfortunately, we suffered two more losses back to back. After undergoing extensive testing and finding no cause, we're faced with unexplained infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss; a double whammy. At this point, we're being advised by our fertility doctor that moving forward with IUI or IVF is unfortunately our best chance at completing our family.
Feeling like you have a missing part is something I wish on no parent. The weight of our losses feel unbearable at times and it's a heartbreak that you'll never fully understand unless you've experienced it.
We want nothing more than to complete our family and bring another child into this world to love and raise in a happy, loving home.
My husband is the most dedicated, patient, loving, and hands-on father in the world. It breaks my heart that we've been robbed of the gift of being able to grow our family as much as we'd like. I want nothing more than to give him another baby that he so much deserves.
As you probably know, fertility treatment is not cheap, and luckily our insurance covers o% of the medical bills for either. Yay! As we move forward, the bills will quickly start to accumulate. Please consider donating, and help bring us a double rainbow after far too many storms! Through all of this, we've remained faithful, and we know God can move mountains. We have no doubt He will fulfill our hopes and prayers. It’s not easy being this vulnerable and sharing our struggles but I want to thank each and every person who has offered support, advice, and encouragement along the way. Thank you in advance to anyone who chooses to help lighten the financial burden of fertility treatment and God bless!
