Hi everyone. We, the family of Dr. Andries Stpheanus Sameul Jansen van Vuuren, are writing with deep concern regarding his sudden disappearance and current situation.

Dr. Jansen van Vuuren, a 68-year-old husband, father, and grandfather, had been working in Luanda, Angola, for two weeks. Upon his return, he was apprehended at Quatro de Fevereiro International Airport and has not been seen or heard from, for 2 weeks.

He is currently being held under sinister conditions, not excluding the possibility of kidnapping.

We are reaching out to our friends and the community with a desperate plea to please assist us in donating funds for medical and legal expenses.

We are very concerned about our father’s health and safety. His health is deteriorating by the day. He has a heart condition, has previously suffered two strokes, and struggles with PTSD.
