Hola, mi nombre es Stephanie Morales, y estoy creando este GoFundMe en nombre de mi familia para ayudar a mi hermano, Christian Garcia.

Durante esta temporada de fiestas, nuestra familia ha enfrentado una prueba inesperada y dolorosa. Mi hermano fue detenido por ICE y ha permanecido en un centro de detención. Mientras muchos celebraban en familia, nosotros nos hemos aferrado a la oración, a nuestra fe y a las promesas de Dios para mantenernos firmes.

Mi hermano es un hijo y hermano MUY amado. Es una persona trabajadora, de buen corazón, y siempre ha mostrado amor y apoyo a quienes lo rodean. Su ausencia ha dejado un gran vacío en nuestra familia, pero confiamos en que Dios sigue teniendo el control, aun en medio de esta incertidumbre.

Como familia, estamos haciendo todo lo que está en nuestras manos para luchar por su liberación. Los fondos recaudados serán destinados a:

• Honorarios legales y gastos de abogado de inmigración

• Fianza y costos relacionados con la corte

• Llamadas telefónicas, comisario y otras necesidades urgentes mientras se encuentra detenido

“Claman los justos, y el Señor oye, y los libra de todas sus angustias.”

Hi, my name is Stephanie Morales, and I am starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my family for my brother, Christian Garcia.

During this past holiday season, our family experienced an unexpected and painful trial. My brother was detained by ICE and has been held in a detention center. While the world around us was celebrating, our family was leaning heavily on prayer, faith, and God’s promises to get us through each day.

My brother is a beloved son and brother. He is hardworking, kind, and has always shown love and support to those around him. His absence has deeply impacted our family, but we trust that God is still in control, even in the midst of uncertainty.

As a family, we are doing everything within our power to fight for his release. The funds raised through this GoFundMe will help cover:

• Immigration attorney and legal fees

• Bond and court-related expenses

• Phone calls, commissary, and other urgent needs while he is detained

We are standing on Psalm 34:17:

“The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles.”
