My father, Michael Domeyko Rowland, was one of the great thought leaders of his time as evidenced by the hundreds of thousands of lives he changed and the circles of Masters he sat in.
Sadly he passed away in 2019 before his legacy of consciousness work was complete and we, as his family, are now asking for your support to bring it to the people who need it most.
Michael was a simple, humble man who, much like the Masters he revered, was not interested in fame or dominance. He delivered his work in an affordable and accessible way in physical and digital form and as such, he leaves behind a legacy that now requires modernisation and distribution.
As you can imagine with someone’s life’s work, there are huge amounts of archived and unpublished content, videos that require editing, the modernisation of products and the creation of supporting materials as a starting point. We need to ensure people have the best chance of success and absorption and so in adapting it for this modern age, digitisation is necessary and no small task. Nor is it free.
Dedicated to his work, Michael spent many years of his life sitting at the feet of the some of the most renowned masters and Gurus of the 20th century such as Paramahansa Muktananda, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (Guru of ‘The Beatles’) and Satchananda of Bihar, intent on synthesising the knowledge of east and west and bringing it to those who needed it most in an absorbable and achievable way.
His best-selling book ‘Absolute Happiness’ and vast array of courses, seminars and coaching sessions were immediate successes. He personally connected with a wide array of people including Royalty (such as Princess Diana and the Duchess of York), famous actors (such as Naomi Watts and Russell Crow), Billionaires and government ministers. His lectures and courses were also attended by hundreds of thousands of people and he let teenagers in for free as he believed the information he provided could set them up for life. Michael Domeyko Rowland of Indian/British nationality, was an educated man who worked in his youth as a legal clerk, scouring newspapers for articles relating to a firm’s clients. He was to come across an article that read “Would you like to have a Rolls Royce and make a Million Pounds” and subsequently purchased a book titled ‘Bring out the Magic in your Mind’ by Al Koran, thereby leading him down the rabbit hole of consciousness and mind power.
A few years later after venturing to Australia and marching in a Vietnam war protest, he came to the realisation a global shift in consciousness was needed if humanity were ever going to have and maintain a modicum of peace.
