Help Us Find Nymeria — Our Missing German Shepherd

On June 28th, 2025, our beloved dog Nymeria went missing after being spooked by early Fourth of July fireworks. Despite all efforts to keep her safe, the unexpected loud bangs caused her to break out of her collar and flee in fear. We have been heartbroken and desperate ever since.

Nymeria is a female dark sable, long-haired German Shepherd — not just a pet, but a cherished member of our family. She’s deeply loved by all of us, especially her kids, who are devastated and miss her dearly.

She went missing in the Keller/North Fort Worth, TX area, near Golden Triangle Blvd, and has not been seen since. She is microchipped and has been reported lost/stolen. We’ve worked tirelessly to get her information out everywhere we can — across social media, Ring, Nextdoor, PawBoost, and more. We’ve also hung flyers, spoken to neighbors, and checked nearby shelters daily.

We are doing everything humanly possible to bring her home safely, but we now need help taking the next steps.

We’re raising funds to cover the cost of:

• A thermal imaging drone search to scan the wooded areas along and near the road where she went missing

• A professional tracking dog service to help follow her scent

• Additional tools and outreach needed to widen the search and pursue any promising leads

These are not easy steps to take financially, but we are determined not to give up. Nymeria means the world to us — she’s loyal, gentle, and the heart of our home. We just want her back safe.
