I've been fortunate enough to get a three-month visa for my cousin Anna to flee Ukraine and come to safety in Australia.

 

My  family and I are looking to raise funds to cover Anna's airfare and support some of the cost of her stay in Australia. She'll be staying with my parents on the Central Coast but visa restrictions mean she can't work at all during her stay in Australia.

 

Anna fled the Russian invasion of Crimea in 2014 and settled in Lviv in western Ukraine. Seven years later, she is fleeing another Russian invasion and uprooting her life all over again.

 

We are very worried about Anna's safety and wellbeing. The situation is super volatile and could change for the worse at any time.

 

We know a lot is going on at the moment, but any help, however small, will be extremely appreciated by Anna and the rest of the family.

If I raise over the target amount, I will donate the money to Save the Children Ukraine charity.
