Hey everyone,

I have an opportunity to record an album’s worth of my songs in March and I need to raise money to cover the expenses of the studio, producer, and musicians.

The songs I want to record are very near and dear to my heart. Most of them I wrote almost 12 years ago. At the time, I was in an inspired place and learning a lot about music and songwriting. I was also interested in starting a new music project. I was writing as much as possible to build a collection of songs for the new project. 

Ultimately, that project became Major Murphy and that has kept me busy musically for the last decade. As I honed in on what the project would be I realized I wanted to start a rock band, but many of the songs I had written were not rock band songs so, they have mostly sat waiting for their time to shine.

I believe that time is now. I recently reached out to one of my favorite songwriters and producers, Luke Temple , and he has agreed to produce the project at his studio in Los Angeles. Additionally, my dear friends Michael and Ben also live in LA and as I have thought about these songs over the years, I have often thought how both of these guys would be perfect to have play on the record. Michael is a fantastic bassist and Ben a fantastic drummer. Jacki will also be joining me on the trip and to sing on the album. This really is such a dream come true opportunity for me that I have been waiting for… for roughly 10 years!

These are some of my most favorite songs I have ever written and I am so excited for you to hear them.
