Help Bring Moji Home
Donation protected
Our 3 year old chiweagle mix Moji was hospitalized after several days of vomiting, becoming extremely lethargic and no longer eating. Unbeknownst to us Moji had a foreign object in his abdomen that needed to be removed. After the doctors were mid surgery they learned that the object had perforated Moji's intestines and that he was septic. Thus making the surgery much more dangerous and complicated, Moji almost did not make it out of surgery.
After surgery, Moji had to be put on a feeding tube, a drain to expel excess fluid from his belly, antibiotics to treat him being septic, a heart monitor, as he went into an arrhythmia during surgery and plasma transfusions to help his intestines heal from having been removed during surgery due to being septic.
Initially, the quote for his surgery alone was $5000 - $7000. Due to the complication's he experienced and each passing day in the hospital needing more treatments we are now looking at $20,000.00 in order to bring Moji home safely and healthy.
We know times are tough but every little bit will help us bring our little fighter home. We are beyond grateful for all the prayers said for him during this trying time and even more grateful for any and all help anyone can give in order to BRING MOJI HOME.
You can continue to follow all of Mojis progress on facebook.
Thank you all and stay blessed.
