Meet, Jesseica.
A courageous Washingtonian, battling a demylenating disease similar to MS, Transverse Myelitis (T-2-T-5).
In laymen terms, she has a large hole in her brain and on her spinal cord covering.
In 2019, Jesseica lost everything.
Her ability to walk. Lost her ability to use the bathroom. But most important to Jesseica, she lost her ability to provide for her family.
All within one hour.
While recovering from Covid.
Her right foot started going numb.
Pain began shooting up her leg, into her back, yet at her chest it stopped.
Then she felt lightening arc numbness through her left leg, as the pain raged even louder.
She happened to be at her mom's house when the attack began.
As her mother raced to the hospital, Jesseica's body began to jolt and spasm in the passenger seat.
They arrived in front of the ER within 20 minutes of the attack.
Staff had to assist Jesseica into a wheelchair.
She was frozen, chest down.
Where did did not leave for the next month.
