Juan Martin Espindola Ramirez is a devoted husband, father, and my brother-in-law. He has always worked hard to provide for his family, including his wife Juana Bautista and their two sons, the youngest being a ten-day-old newborn. Everything he ever does is for his family. Martin has zero criminal background and has always followed the law. Despite being here legally and showing his documentation, Martin was recently forcibly and wrongfully detained by ICE. ICE broke the windows to his van to get to him, showing no regard for his rights or the well-being of his family.

This sudden and traumatic event has left Juana and their children in shock and fear, unsure of what the future holds. Juana is now facing the overwhelming challenge of caring for a newborn and a young child on her own, while also fighting to bring Martin home. The family urgently needs to hire an immigration lawyer to fight for Martin’s release and ensure his rights are protected. Legal representation is their only hope to reunite Martin with his family and restore some sense of normalcy to their lives.
