My name is Candace Lambe, and I am fundraising for my mother, Martha Brewer.

In September, Martha moved to Alberta in hopes of starting a new chapter in her life. While things were going well at first, as weeks turned into months, her mental health began to decline. She has been facing significant mental health challenges, and we are deeply concerned for her health, safety, and overall well-being.

Our goal is to bring Martha home to Newfoundland, where she can begin her road to recovery surrounded by family, friends, and the support she truly needs. Unfortunately, when Martha moved from Newfoundland, she sold and gave up nearly everything she owned in order to make the move.

This spring, she will be driving home with her son, but the costs associated with this transition are overwhelming. We are reaching out to our community to help raise funds to cover travel and moving expenses and to help relieve some of the financial burden she is facing during this difficult time.
