Dorothy, lovingly known as Mama G, has always been the heart of our family. She’s the kind of person who puts others first and brings joy wherever she goes. Whether she’s listening to her favorite jazz, dancing, or simply sharing her infectious smile, Mama G’s warmth and generosity have touched everyone around her.

Recently, while celebrating my daughter’s birthday with us in Orlando, Mama G was struck by a vehicle and suffered multiple injuries, including brain trauma and fractures. She’s now over 400 miles away from her home in Atlanta, facing a long road to recovery. The distance has made it difficult for our family to be with her, and not everyone is able to travel to support her during this critical time. Bringing her home is essential so she can receive the daily love and care she’s always given to others.
