Hi! I'm Angela. I am producing the play LUNGS by Duncan Macmillan with Lalala Productions (my producing co.) this July, in Austin, TX.

LUNGS follows a young couple as they grapple with the decision of whether or not to have a child, all while facing uncertainty and anxiety about the future. They wrestle with concerns about their environmental impact, global warming, and their own compatibility as a couple... It is a brutally honest an exploration of the fears and hopes that so many people experience, and I hope this piece will allow audiences to feel less alone.

LUNGS will be performed by Nicholas May and Illiana Perez, two recent graduates of Texas State's highly regarded BFA acting program. Excerpts of this production were recently performed for the ACTF regional competition, and it was recognized as finalist in the overall competition. We're so exciting to bring this to a larger audience, and see it fully realized!
