This is an International Abduction case. I have exhausted all of my funds and need urgent help to continue legal proceedings in attempt to rescue my missing daughter and bring her home to the USA. Please see below:
In early January 2026 soon after I filed for legal and physical custody of my daughter - due to welfare concerns, Liya’s international school in Malaysia contacted me to report that she had been absent for weeks without explanation. Her mother and extended family do not respond to contact attempts. I have not had any direct communication with my daughter since December 26, 2025: no phone calls, no video calls, no photos, and no confirmation of her location or wellbeing.
With these discrepancies and the complete loss of contact, Malaysian authorities have opened a formal child welfare investigation and case in an effort to locate Liya and ensure that she is safe. Liya’s school believes she is not present in the country.
This situation is now an international parental abduction and child welfare matter involving authorities in multiple countries. The US State Department, FBI, and Malaysians are all actively working on this.
For clarity: My goal and only objective is to locate my daughter, confirm that she is safe, and restore communication and stability in her life, hopefully with immediate repatriation to my place of residence.
After 13 years working overseas, I am now back and based in the United States, to rebuild my and my daughter’s life and finance this process. The emotional and financial burden has been overwhelming.
To continue in legal and responsible, pursuit of my daughter I need help urgently.
I am facing major expenses related to:
• International legal proceedings and custody filings
• Attorney and court fees
• Travel expenses related to locating and recovering Liya and her repatriation
• Replacing and securing official documents, including birth certificate and passport documentation
• Maintaining Liya’s school enrollment and educational continuity
• Emergency travel and relocation costs
• Preparing to care for Liya as a single father
Liya is kind, brilliant, funny, sensitive, and innocent. No parent or child should ever go months without communication or knowledge of one another.
If you are able to support us in any way such donations, sharing this campaign, even legal guidance, and especially prayers, we would be eternally grateful.
Thank you for reading and for helping me fight to bring my daughter home safely.
