My mom is 70 years old and currently battling cancer. Her service dog, Little Man, is not just a companion—he’s her lifeline. He alerts her before she has seizures and reminds her to take her heart medication. Recently, Little Man went next door to play with a neighbor’s dog, but the neighbor shot him. Despite being the sweetest, most loyal dog, he was hurt for simply trying to play.

We rushed Little Man to the vet, but they demanded a deposit we couldn’t come up with. Another vet was willing to help for free, but the original vet refused to release Little Man until we paid the bill. Now, after three weeks, the bill has grown, and Little Man is still at the vet, scared and with a bullet still inside him. All he knows is that he got hurt and hasn’t seen us since. My mom hasn’t stopped crying, and it breaks my heart to see her suffer even more during this difficult time.

I do construction work and am willing to work for the money, but we need help urgently. If you can, please help us bring Little Man home where he belongs.
