What is Lil' Friends?

Hey y’all! I’m Jasmine Starr—a social worker-in-training, author, and proud Black creative. I’m building Lil' Friends, a culturally grounded online resource designed to support the mental and emotional well-being of Black and Brown children ages 2–7.

Lil' Friends will live on my website Jasmine Starr Presents and feature:

Printable affirmations & emotion-regulation tools

Interactive SEL activities that center joy and healing

Representation-rich characters our babies can see themselves in

Therapist-informed strategies for families, educators, and caregivers

This is about joy. Safety. Healing. And feeling seen at a young age.
