Hi, I'm Leilah El-Azizi, a senior studying Collaborative Arts at NYU, and I'm working on my capstone project—a short anthology film that dives into how we cope with pain and find healing through shared empathy and connection.

This film weaves together five distinct segments, each with its own genre, visual style, and narrative approach. My goal is to capture the raw, real ways we process our emotions and show that while our individual struggles are unique, sharing our pain is what truly helps us grow.

Creatively, I’m committed to staying true to my artistic process and applying that intuitive, creative freedom to my filmmaking. This project is an experiment in blending art with authentic storytelling.
