My mom, Kris, has been bravely fighting ovarian cancer for two years. While traveling to Italy for a family trip, she sadly suffered a medical emergency on the plane and has been in an Italian hospital for two weeks so far undergoing multiple surgeries. We need to bring her home back to the US on a medical flight in order to obtain the treatment necessary to her recovery. This flight will be very costly but is the only way to get her home since her condition won’t allow for commercial travel.
