My name is Jamie Goode, and I am the daughter of Judy Marie Foster (Oliver).
On September 8, 1990, my mother was kidnapped in Grand Saline, Van Zandt County, Texas, and has been missing ever since. For more than three decades, my family and I have lived with heartbreak, unanswered questions, and the painful weight of a cold case that has never been solved.
My mother was so much more than a missing person. She was a vibrant, loving woman — a daughter, sister, and devoted mother whose laughter and spirit filled every room. She deserves to be remembered, her story deserves to be told, and the truth deserves to be uncovered.
Her case has received national attention over the years, with coverage from Dateline NBC, KETK, and countless social media platforms. Despite this, Judy’s story has never been fully told — but now, that changes.
Our Mission:
Recently, I met with a local, professional film and production company to begin the process of creating a documentary series dedicated to my mother’s life, her disappearance, and our decades-long fight for justice.
This series will:
• Shine a light on the truth about what happened to Judy Marie.
• Expose the injustice and corruption that have surrounded her case for years.
• Honor her memory while giving a voice to other families still fighting for their loved ones.
This will not just be a documentary — it will be a movement to ensure that no other family has to endure the pain and silence we have faced for over 30 years.

• Proper Burial & Memorial Headstone
When we recover her remains — and we are closer than ever — we will give my mother the dignity, peace, and final resting place she has always deserved.
• Awareness Through Memorial Shirts & Wristbands
To spread Judy’s story and keep her name visible in the fight for justice.
