Help Bring Justice for Dau Garang Mabil

Hello, everyone!

My name is Bul Garang Mabil. My brother Dau Garang Mabil was reported missing by his wife after going on a walk at the Museum Trail in Jackson, Mississippi on March 25, 2024. His body was found in the Pearl River in Lawrence County, Mississippi, about 60 miles away from his home in Jackson, on April 13, 2024. Despite the initial autopsy report citing “drowning” as the cause of death, there are more questions than answers. Mississippi's judicial system has allowed me to conduct an independent autopsy. To ship my brother’s body and to have the independent autopsy conducted, I will need an additional $7,849. A generous organization has pledged $7,500 to cover the independent autopsy cost.
