Julie Bond was the oldest of three sisters, devoted mother to Derek, Aaron, and Kristine, a proud grandmother of four, and a loving wife to Bubba for over 40 years. She dedicated her life to supporting her family. Julie's face would light up whenever she spoke about her grandkids, who brought her endless joy. She was a source of strength and love for everyone who knew her.

Recently, Julie traveled to Costa Rica with her younger sister to attend a retreat focused on health and wellness. She had saved up for this trip, hoping to learn new ways to care for herself and her family. Tragically, her life was cut unexpectedly short when she fell ill during the retreat. Her family was unable to be by her side in her final moments, which has been incredibly hard for them.

Now, Julie's younger sister is working to bring her home to Nebraska. The family is facing significant hospital expenses from Costa Rica, the costs of bringing Julie home, and funeral expenses.
