Juan and I have been married for two years, and he is truly the core of our household—my biggest cheerleader and the best person I know. Seven months ago, our lives were turned upside down when Juan was arbitrarily detained by ICE. Since then, I have fought countless legal battles, holding onto hope and the support of our community, all in an effort to bring him back home where he belongs.

Yesterday, after months of waiting and uncertainty, a judge finally ruled in our favor: Juan can be released on bond. This is the moment we have been praying for. The funds raised here will go directly toward paying his bond, giving us the chance to reunite after so much time apart. Every day without him has been a struggle, but the love and encouragement from friends, family, and even strangers have kept us going.
