Hello everyone, I am posting this fundraiser on behalf of Jamie's loving family, including Amber Cabral, Kristie Perkins, and Pamela Perkins. Please see their note below on the passing of beloved Jamie. We need your help to deliver Jamie to his final resting place and to honor his life.

As many of you are aware, Jamie Sullivan passed away Saturday, November 8th. He had been battling lung cancer. On November 1st, Jamie developed a gastric perforation which led to him becoming septic. After the second surgery, his body started to shut down and he was never able to recover.

Jamie was a simple man with a lot of love and knowledge to give. I’m hoping we can raise some money to help with memorial services and transportation from Texas to California as Jamie will be leaving Texas to be laid to rest among his Father, Mother, Sister, and other family at Memory Gardens Memorial Park in Brea, CA.

If you would like to help donate, that would be greatly appreciated. At the service for Jamie, as a thank you and to show we appreciate you, for each donation, we’ll put a ribbon on our donation board to show how many people helped bring Jamie home to his resting place. Memorial service date to be determined.

All funds will be sent to Ana Magdaleno, mother of their son, Hamilton Sullivan, who Jamie entrusted to lovingly handle his final arrangements.
