Help Bring Jack Home to Rest in Botswana
Let us introduce our dear friend, cousin, brother, uncle, and beloved son — Jack. A talented electrician, Jack came to Ireland three years ago in search of a better life. Since then, he became a cherished part of our lives, sharing unforgettable moments at weddings, Christmas and New Year celebrations, and road trips around Donegal.
Jack was a gentle soul with a kind heart. We miss him dearly.
A Sudden Goodbye
Just four months ago, Jack was diagnosed with Refractory T-Cell Lymphoma, a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer. Despite multiple rounds of chemotherapy, the illness was unrelenting. On Friday, 1st August 2025, Jack passed away peacefully.
Just one day before his passing, Jack spoke longingly about returning home to Botswana to be with his mother and family. Sadly, that journey never happened — but we are determined to fulfill his final wish.
❤️ How You Can Help
Please consider donating whatever you can. Every euro will help us get closer to bringing Jack home and giving him the farewell he deserves — surrounded by loved ones, in the land he called home.
With love,
Jack’s family and friends
May his soul rest in peace.
