Help Ivan Tolstojs Get Legal Help

On Tuesday, September 15, Ivan Tolstojs was detained by ICE in Hallandale Beach, Florida, while he was on his way to work.

Ivan is now facing a difficult and uncertain immigration situation, and he urgently needs an attorney to represent him and help him navigate his case.

We are raising funds to help cover:

$6,000 for an immigration attorney

Approximately $7,000 for his bond

Our goal is to raise approximately $13,000.

Ivan is not perfect. Like all of us, he has made mistakes along the way. But Ivan has always had a good heart, and he has made a promise: when he gets out, he will call everyone who supported him and do one good deed for each person who helped him.

Right now, Ivan misses Miami and his community deeply. He misses the people he worked with, his friends, and the everyday life he had here. Being separated from everyone he cares about has been incredibly difficult.
