This is my older brother, Huy, and he's only 43 years old. He is a single father of two boys, ages 13 and 17. He went on a trip to Maryland and had a hemorrhagic stroke. His blood vessel popped and there was blood in his CSF (cerebrospinal fluid). He was in a coma for a week. He is now awake but unable to follow any commands and will have to go under extensive rehabilitation. We would like to bring him back to Texas to do his rehab at a facility closer to home. His insurance will not cover the ambulance transport that he requires from Maryland to Texas and it will cost about $26,000. Our family would greatly appreciate any help you can give.
