Help Bring Home Jesse and bella

Bella,
Let me tell you a story about Bella,
I have been taking care of Bella since My Daughter left her in My care, My daughter had Bella Since she was 6 weeks old.
Bella got along with My other dog " Jesse" ( Coon Hound). I Rescued Jesse From the " Kent county Animal Shelter"
3 Years ago. I spent time & loving Care with Jesse & Bella For a Long time now.
The posting that the "Kent County Animal Shelter". is Bogus

I was on Vacation over the Memorial holiday week. Bella & Jesse got out of my fenced in back yard, my Neighbor, collected them
and called Me. ( i was out on the ocean fishing} She called the kent co. shelter, and they both were picked up.

upon returning Home & contacting the Shelter,
The
'Kent county Animal Shelter" Informed me that the Charges to return my dogs would be $623.00.
This Blew my Mind....To say the least....I am at a loss for words.....
The legal fees were $17 & $30 for each. totaling : $94.00.
i offered them the legal fees, ( as i was just coming off vacation & house pmt was due). I did not have $623.00.
They told Me , Im sorry SIR Your cost is $623.00. I pleaded with them for 2 days, asking for the highest manager.
My Response was sorry SIR these are the fees..
So the " Kent County Animal Shelter" Legally held my dogs for Ransom.

They post dogs that need a home.......When There is a loving home right here with me..
But yet they IGNORE me , as there loving home is with ME.

If You Adopted Bella Or Jesse, You are adopting dogs that have a loving home...
