On Friday, January 23, 2026, my friend's husband was detained by immigration authorities for several hours. During this time, he was mistreated, accused, and threatened. Despite being interrogated for many hours without a Spanish interpreter, his visa was revoked, and he is currently not allowed to return to the United States. He received no explanation or documentation regarding this injustice. These past few days have been incredibly difficult and emotional for his family.

They have consulted with an attorney who believes they have a strong case for seeking justice and bringing him home. However, the legal process is expensive, and they need financial assistance to move forward.
