Hello everyone, my name is Brianna Acevedo. This morning, my dad, Esteban Acevedo, was detained by ICE, and our family's world has been turned upside down. My dad is a loving, hardworking, and disciplined father. He's the kind of person who never misses a day of work, always providing for our family. He's the reason I am now pursuing my dreams to become a PA his support has been my constant motivation.

The news that my father has been moved to Tacoma, Washington, and faces the possibility of being moved out of state has been devastating. The thought of him being so far away, facing this challenge breaks our hearts. My family and I are working really hard to bring him back home, where he belongs.
