Help Bring Emmanuel Lee Home to Chicago

My name is Christine and I'm asking for help to send my nephews dad back home to Chicago. Emmanuel Lee was called home on July 14, 2024. Emmanuel was diagnosed with ushers syndrome that ultimately led him to become blind and deaf. He was found early Friday morning in the middle of the street and was transported to the hospital so they can call my nephew. They were unsuccessful in contacting my nephew so Emmanuel remained in the hospital. On Sunday the 14th, While still in the hospital Emmanuel started to sweat after a couple minutes his heart went into failure and they worked on him for 45mins.

These donations will go to the funeral home to transport Emmanuel home to Chicago to have a proper burial with his family.
