Help Bring Elizabeth Short's Story to Stage

Hello! We are Alysia and Marissa, the creative team behind 'Elizabeth'.

Elizabeth is a new play that tells the story of the Black Dahlia Murder through a feminist lens. This play questions our relationship and ethical interactions with the true crime genre and recenters the voice of Elizabeth Short--a woman murdered almost 80 years ago.

But in order to pay our actors and designers fairly and equitably, we need your help to bring this theatrical elegy to life. Arts funding is being slashed to shreds, leaving stories untold and artists unpaid.

Every cent will go towards the production costs and to support the hard work of the designers and actors.
