We have gotten her to PA! We were able to get a loan to fast-track getting her here. However we still need help to pay it off. We appreciate everything you guys have done!

Elizabeth Lewis, my grandma, had a stroke in April 2021. This left her paralyzed on her left side and unable to care for herself. She was living in Arizona at the time, her older sister the only family nearby. She is currently in a nursing home in Arizona all alone. All of her family lives here in Pennsylvania, and her sister is about to leave too.

We have been trying to find a way to bring her to Pennsylvania to be close to her family, but she needs a medical transport. For 3 1/2 years, we have been searching different options to bring her home. We even had the idea of renting a van and driving her home. Unfortunately, due to her circumstances, she is unable to be transported in a regular vehicle or plane. We have found Managed Medical Transport to be the best option within a reasonable price range to bring her home comfortably; however, we need $17,000 to do so.

We are planning fundraisers to raise the money, so this GoFundMe is to help with what we can't make from regular fundraisers. My family appreciates any help you can give to bring her home to us. Even just sharing to get the word out.
