Greetings!

I am raising money in an effort to help with my legal fees to finally bring Elijah home.

The case originates in NC, but the goal is to transfer the case to California, where my son, his guardian, and I have lived for over a decade. I have to obtain two different lawyers to finally solve this matter because my son is in the care of someone who is negatively affecting his mental and physical health.

Elijah wants to be with his mother, and I want the chance to finally take care of him the way he should be. I've been in the courts for years battling this. I am a loving mother who will do anything for my son and will continue to fight for justice until he is finally home safe with me where he belongs. I appreciate any assistance provided.
